President

MOLLY HOUSEHOLDER PHENNICIE 

Molly was initiated into the Alpha Sigma chapter at Westminster College in Pennsylvania in 2000. She graduated in 2003 and accepted a teaching position in Lee County, Fla. She didn't know anyone in Fort Myers and reached out to the Southwest Florida Sigma Kappa Alumnae Chapter immediately upon arrival. She has held positions within the chapter of President and Vice President of Programming.  She also served Sigma Kappa as Alumnae District Director for seven years, supporting alumnae chapters in the southeastern United States. She lives in Lehigh Acres with her husband, James, and legacy, Elizabeth.  She loves to travel and spend time with family.

PATRICIA PETERS

Patricia Peters was initiated into the Delta class of Sigma Kappa, Gamma Beta Chapter at Western Michigan University in 1990. She graduated from WMU in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. She worked as a public school teacher in Wayne County, Mich. for eight years. She then earned her Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University's Global Campus in 2002. Patricia has returned to Naples, Fla. after 30 years.  She is restoring her family's rental condo and working for the Collier County Supervisor of Elections Office.

WHITNEY RICHARDS KEARNS

Whitney was initated in 2002 into the Beta Tau chapter at the University of Florida where she studied telecommunications. After college she moved to Orlando where she joined the local Sigma Kappa alumnae chapter and served as the Vice President of Programming for several years. In 2014 she moved back to her home town of Fort Myers to raise her children closer to their grandparents. She is an active member of her church and volunteers her time with the Edison Pageant of Light and Fort Myers Woman's Community Club. Whitney and her husband Joe live in Lehigh Acres with their four sons, Chase, Logan, Cole, and Riley. In her free time she enjoys photography and family trips to Disney.

CAROLYN TIEGER

Carolyn was initiated into the Epsilon Epsilon chapter of Sigma Kappa at the University of Georgia in 1967. She has been a Sigma Kappa Foundation Trustee since 2014 and is currently the co-chair of Sigma Kappa’s Capital Campaign. A Washington, D.C. communications veteran, Carolyn spent more than three decades in the nation’s capital, serving in Congress, the executive branch, the Reagan White House, two international public relations firms and the owner of her own business. She is a recipient of the John Holliman, Jr. Lifetime Achievement Award from UGA's Grady College of Communications and a 2008 Colby Award for Lifetime Achievement in Public Relations from Sigma Kappa. She is currently the owner of Tieger Public Affairs, LLC, an independent consulting firm. She resides in Naples, Fla. with her husband, Elliott Brown, and their Welsh terrier.

NANCY BROWN BICKET

Nancy was initiated into Eta Chapter of Sigma Kappa in 1964 and graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Biology in 1967. Nancy spent her career of over 30 years at the State Farm Insurance Corporate Headquarters where she was Director of Systems Technology. In 2010, Nancy received the Colby Award in the field of Information Systems and Technology. Besides serving on the board of the Greater Naples Alumnae Panhellenic, Nancy has been involved in many volunteer activities. She received the Loyalty Award at the Illinois Wesleyan Homecoming in 1991 for service and financial support of the school in various ways, including President of the Wesleyan Fund Board. Nancy and her husband, Rob, live in Naples and have one daughter, Robin, who lives in Tennessee with her family

DONNA BURNS-RUSSELL

Donna Burns Russell was initiated into the Delta Delta Chapter of Sigma Kappa at Central Michigan University in 1970. She received a Bachelors degree in Secondary Education and several years later received a Masters degree in Education from Michigan State University. She was employed as a guidance counselor and classroom teacher in Michigan for 34 years. She moved to Florida upon retirement and is currently living in Lehigh Acres with her dog, Bogey, and cat, Pork Chop. Water aerobics, playing cards, reading and travel are a few of her interests.
